In Market Glory player can build companies , there are 2 free license company , a  newspaper company and dairy farms . But although the two company 's free  but you still need money for the production and also salary paymentThus a necessary condition to open free company above is to have 2 Gold (2.00 Gold ) . ( or better more ) 
Remember , to get 2 gold intact you must exchange the AUD to gold as much as 3 times because when you exchange 1 gold , you will only receive 0.97 Gold because of the tax  , and if only 2 times you only get 1.94 Gold . So it should be 3 times so that your  Gold  will become 2.91 gold .

Company that opened byyou have a  license for 3 months and can be extended later .

Now I will explain how to build a newspaper company or cattle farms . The guidelines below shows an example of building a newspaper company , the same  on dairy farms but does not require Article and Raw Materials .

 

• At The top menu select companies then choose New Company

• Then select the company you want to create (Magazine) and click Register.
• Then fill in company name, description, and the country of your company and click Register.
  
          
                                                         
• Then you will be transferred to the page which means the company has been successfully registered.  
• Then the next step we will be through is to invest money into thatcompany that will used for the company's operations. Then choose the menu Finance
  
  
  
  

•       Then invest about 2 Gold to your company.
  

•  Then sell 1 Gold in your company into AUD.

• Then on the company's cash will contain 0.97 Gold (12:03 Gold to pay taxes) and the result of exchange rate 14.08 AUD

It's time to make the title and the content of a newspaper article to be published. Then choose the menu Special Products.

•  Then select New Article button
  

• Due to first creation of article, it will be asked the name of the newspaper (such as Java Post, etc.) and the motto of your paper (such as drinking water diving, etc.), if you have press Save Informations.
   
• You have to to fill the page title, summary, and content of the article with the terms as shown above. If it is correct and complete then select Save Article.
  
  
  
• Then after successfully create the article. If you select "Publish on International Publishing" then your paper will be published in the global market with a selling price using the gold, but not recommended because very rarely sold . so people prefer to sell in the local market so you should not choose . When you are ready click Publish.
  
  
  
   
• Then a message will shown . Then press the Close Preview
  
  
  
• Then your article has been published as shown above.
  
  
• Once the article has been published it is time we purchase raw materials for newspaper company and that is Paper (Paper). Then choose the Inventory menu.
  
  
• Then select buy
  
  
• After that you will move directly to the local market of raw material section Paper. It will be seen how much AUD contained in the company (14.09 AUD). Enter the amount of paper you want to buy and press Buy.
  
  
   
• Back to Inventory we can see hthe paper tha has been purchased (0.59 AUD) and stock (Paper 12).
  
  
  
  Workplaces
   
• Once we already have the raw materials it is time to produce paper with job opportunity in our company. Then choose the menu Workplaces.
  
   
• Then set the Wage . the Hourly Wage is  (1.00 Hourly Wage = 56.00 AUD). In the picture above I put 3:55 Hourly Wage = 198.8 AUD.
  REMEMBER, the money spent to pay depends on how many Productivity of theworkers that work  at your place. 198.8 AUD is given if the Productivity Point = 700.
  
  
   
• After that check the work place (http://www.marketglory.com/account/work) your company will appear.
  
   
• After you got worker in your company then it will be written on your Workplaces "Available in 07h 59m" which means you can open a work around 8 hours .

• The Alert above said that at present time your company  does not have the sufficient raw material because the worker productivity is too high (Paper = 12, Productivity Point = 14.82) and raw materials is not sufficient.
  Failure in the production not only because  lack of raw materials but also the company does not have enough money to pay the salaries of player who want to work in your company.
  
  
  
  
• Then we go back to the Inventory and could see our paper stock is reduced, to know who is working and how much paper is being used by  select the menu Production.
  
  
  
   
• From the picture above it can be seen there are people who work and produce a paper sheet 101.12 buc and use  10,112 mp of Paper (1 mp Newspaper Paper = 10).
  
  Once the material has been produced there (newspaper) it is  time for us to sell newspapers. Then choose the Inventory menu.
  
  
  
   
• Now we can the price and quantity of newspaper that will be sold
